BAHADUR SINGH Vs. FINANCIAL COMMISSIONER

JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER, Bahadur Singh, was appointed as Lambardar for village Matti, Sub- Tehsil Bhikhi, Tehsil & District Mansa, vide Order dated 14.12.2007 (Annexure P-4). Two appeals were carried against the said order; one by respondent No.4 (Sukhjinder Singh) and the other by respondent No.5 (Niranjan Singh) before the Commissioner.

(2.) BOTH the appeals filed by respondent No.4, Sukhjinder Singh and respondent No.5, Niranjan Singh, were dismissed vide Order dated 5.11.2008 (Annexure P-3). The Financial Commissioner, vide Order dated 4.8.2010 (Annexure P-1) passed in revision filed by respondent No.4, Sukhjinder Singh, has remanded the case so as to call for fresh applications for the post of Lambardar.
