JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered against him on 10.3.2009 for the offences under Sections 489-A, 489-B, 489-C, 489-D and 420 IPC. The petitioner earlier filed Criminal Misc. No.M-4417 of 2010 for the grant of regular bail which was dismissed by this Court on 18.2.2010. He then filed criminal Misc. No.M-17927 of 2010 which was dismissed on 13.8.2010. He has now filed the present petition i.e. Criminal Misc. No.M-31238 of 2010.

(2.) The petitioner was apprehended by the Police party on receipt of a secret information. '3.5 Lacs fake currency notes have been recovered from the petitioner and his co-accused Jai Parkash. The trial in the case is going on. Four witnesses in the case out of 12 have been examined. The petitioner has been in custody for the last about one year and 10 months. However, it may be noticed that the recovery is also quite substantial, inasmuch as, '3.5 Lacs fake currency notes were recovered.

(3.) In the facts and circumstances, no ground for grant of regular bail is made out.
