JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 346 dated 22.6.2010 under Sections 323/324/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Assandh, District Karnal.

(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 14.12.2010 has directed to release the Petitioner on interim bail.

(3.) MS . Preeti Chaudhary, learned Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, on instructions of ASI Lehna Singh, who is present personally in Court, has stated that Petitioner is co -operating in the investigation and custodial interrogation of the Petitioner is not required at this stage.
