JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE petitioner Virender @ Sonu seeks regular bail in a case filed against him for the offences under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act and Section 420 of Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC').

(3.) IN the facts and circumstances, the petitioner on his furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court shall be admitted to bail.
