JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 32 dated 11.5.2010 under Sections 307/452/324/323/148/149 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act, P.S. Dera Baba Nanak, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur.

(2.) BOTH the learned Counsel for the parties have fairly stated that this Court in CRM -M No. 37034 of 2010 has granted bail of Karandeep Singh @ Karan vide order dated 11.2.2011 and Petitioner is similarly situated as Karandeep Singh is.
