JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail to the Petitioner in case FIR No. 271 dated 15.10.2010 registered at Police Station Sadar Amritsar under Sections 323/324/452/506/148/149 IPC.

(3.) Counsel for the State, on instructions from Kewal Singh ASI, Police Station Sadar Amritsar, has stated that in pursuance of the order reproduced above, Petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation by the investigating agency.
