JUDGEMENT

(1.) I have gone through the record.

(2.) THE brief facts of the present case are that Petitioner was transferred from the post of District Education Officer, Narnaul, to Principal, D.I.E.T., Mohindergarh on 03.04.1995. Petitioner filed a Civil Writ Petition No. 5477 of 1995 in this Court challenging the transfer order dated 03.04.1995. Vide order dated 18.04.1995, this Court had stayed the transfer order of the Petitioner.

(3.) ALLEGATION of the Petitioner is that despite the stay order by this Court, Respondents withdrawn the power of Drawing and Disbursing from the Petitioner.
