JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of Satpaul Singh Bhullar for issuing directions to the official respondents to register a criminal case against respondent No.5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that father of the petitioner died in suspicious circumstances and he came to know from some villagers that respondent No.5 was having hand in the death of his father and he is having doubt that his father might have been killed at the instance of respondent No.5. Learned counsel further contends that earlier respondent No.5 filed complaint against father of the petitioner and because of that reason respondent No.5 was at the back of death of the father of the petitioner.

(2.) HEARD the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the petition as well as other documents available on the file.
