JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 117 dated 25.12.2010 under Sections 406/498 -A IPC, Police Station Cantt. Ferozepur.

(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 5.4.2011 has directed to release the Petitioner on interim bail.

(3.) MR . K.D. Sachdeva, learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions of SI Malook Singh, who is personally present in Court, states that Petitioner is co -operating in the investigation.
