NASEEM Vs. STATE OF HARYANA AND ORS.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus with a roving writ for the release of detenues as mentioned in Para No. 3 of the petition from the illegal custody of Respondents No. 4 to 9.

(2.) LEARNED State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Pankaj Agarwal, District Magistrate, Sonepat and the same is taken on record.

(3.) IT has also been stated by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the present petition has become infructuous as all the alleged detenues have since been released.
