JUDGEMENT

(1.) CRL. Misc. No. 11761 of 2011 Application is allowed as prayed for. CRL. Misc. No. M-6476 of 2011

(2.) THE present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of Dalbar Singh for issuing directions to respondents not to interfere in his peaceful life by harassing & humiliating him by calling to the Police Station time and again. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been called time and again by the Police and is being harassed without any case or complaint pending against him. Heard the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and have also perused the other documents available on the record.

(3.) HOWEVER, it is made clear that if any harassment is caused to the petitioner by the police authorities at any point of time, the petitioner is at liberty to give representation/complaint to the police authorities.
