(2.) THE application stands allowed. Documents Annexures P -7 and P -8 are taken on record subject to all just exceptions.

(3.) AS per allegation of the prosecution, Petitioner alongwith Bhal Singh was travelling on the motorcycle and were carrying a bag. They threw the bag, which contained poppy husk. Two samples of 100 grams were drawn and the remaining poppy husk on weighment was found to be 50 kgs.
