JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against order dated 27.9.2010, Annexure P1, passed by learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Patiala, allowing the application of Respondent -Plaintiffs for amendment of the plaint.

(2.) I have heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and have gone through the whole record carefully including the impugned order passed by learned trial Court.

(3.) THE suit was contested by Petitioner -Defendant. Issues were framed. An application was filed by Respondent -Plaintiffs for amendment of the plaint, which was allowed by learned trial Court, vide impugned order, relevant para of which reads as under:
