JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present petition has been filed under Section 438 C.P.C. for grant of pre -arrest bail to the Petitioner in case FIR No. 191 dated 8.11.2010, registered at Police Station Model Town, Ludhiana, under Sections 406 and 498A IPC.

(2.) THE Petitioners are stated to be the parents -in -law of complainant -Jyoti. They have joined the investigation. Their son, who is husband of the complainant, was arrested and his police remand was obtained. Thereafter, he was released on regular bail.

(3.) WITH the observations made above, the present petition is disposed of.
