JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.253 dated 15.11.2010 registered under Sections 15, 61 and 85 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Sahnewal, District Ludhiana.

(3.) Apart from that learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner has now been in custody since 15.11.2010.
