JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.188 dated 08.08.2005 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act at Police Station Shahkot.
