JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED counsel submits that vide order, Annexure P -1, the petitioner was transferred from Guru Teg Bahadur Government College, Sathiala (Amritsar) to Government College, Bhulath (Kapurthala). She was relieved from her post on the same day vide relieving order, Annexure P -2. However, she has not been allowed to join at her new place of posting. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner had submitted a representation, Annexure P -3 as well, but no decision has been taken on the same.

(2.) NOTICE of motion.

(3.) IN view of above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to take a decision on representation, Annexure P -3, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks.
