(2.) THE marriage between the parties was solemnized on 3.6.1996. A female child was born on 2.3.1997. Since November, 1996, the parties are living separately. Divorce petition was filed on 19.04.2008.

(3.) NOTICE of motion was issued on 29.01.2010.
