JUDGEMENT

(1.) NOTICE of motion was issued on 9.2.2010 with a direction that the case be heard with CWP 8474 of 2009 Suresh Chand and Ors. v. The Commissioner Rohtak Division Rohtak and Ors. on the plea of the Petitioner that the said case is similar to the present case. CWP 8474 of 2009 has been dismissed vide order dated 25.5.2011.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner has not been able to dispute that the present case is similar to CWP 8474 of 2009.
