JUDGEMENT

(1.) - The petitioner in pursuance of an advertisement dated 12.2.2010 applied for the post of Staff Nurse and was appointed as such. Her services were terminated vide order dated 10.1.2011 and challenged it in the present writ petition.

(2.) NOTICE of motion was issued in this case and reply has been filed by the respondents.

(3.) IN the light of the reply filed by the respondents, the petitioner, who admittedly is holding the qualification of Auxiliary Nurse and Midwives, could not have been appointed on the post of a Staff Nurse for which the qualification is General Nursing and Midwifery. As such there is no merit in the case of the petitioner, the same stands dismissed.
