JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre -arrest bail in a case registered against the Petitioner vide FIR No. 264 dated 22.12.2010 under Sections 379, 427 IPC & 3, 4 of the Damage to Public Property (Prevention) Act, 1984 and 9, 15 and 16 of the Indian Petroleum Act, 1962 IPC at Police Station Kurukshetra.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner has pointed out that Petitioner is not named in the FIR and allegations contained in the same are vague and thus Petitioner deserves the concession of pre -arrest bail.
