JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present Petitioner is the Plaintiff in the suit for permanent injunction filed through attorney, Kartar Singh Gill, titled Sarban Singh v. Joginder Singh and Ors. The relief claimed was for restraining Defendant No. 1 Joginder Singh from interfering in the peaceful possession of the Plaintiff or shifting the tubewell connection. Joginder Singh admittedly has expired. The application of the Plaintiff for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased has been dismissed vide impugned order dated 31.3.2010. Hence, this revision.
