JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying that directions be issued to respondent No.3-Station House Officer, Police Station Cheeka, District Kaithal, to investigate the case FIR No. 123 dated 10.7.2011, registered at Police Station Cheeka, District Kaithal, under Sections 148, 149, 285, 307 and 336 IPC and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 (Annexure P1) and thereafter submit a final report in the Court of competent jurisdiction.

(2.) Issue notice of motion to respondents No. 1 to 3 only.

(3.) On asking of the Court, Mr. Sandeep S. Mann, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3. A copy of petition has been supplied to him.
