JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present Regular Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 18.9.2010 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Gurdaspur vide which appeal filed by the present Appellant against the judgment and decree dated 31.10.2007 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Pathankot, was dismissed.

(2.) I have heard learned Counsel for the Appellant and have gone through the whole record carefully including the judgments passed by learned courts below.

(3.) SUIT was contested by the present Appellant -Defendant on the plea that he is owner in possession of both the khasra numbers and that he has also raised construction over the same.
