INDER SINGH Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed under Section 482, Code of Criminal Procedure, praying for issuance of directions to the Investigating Agency to expedite investigation in case FIR No.73 dated 23.05.2011 under Sections 302, 34, Indian Penal Code, Police Station, Narwana Sadar, District Jind (Annexure P-1).

(2.) Reply by way of affidavit of Shri Ashok Kumar, Superintendent of Police, Jind, has been filed in court today, which is taken on record.

(3.) In the reply, the steps undertaken in pursuance of investigation have been narrated. It has also been brought out that the suspects are required to be subjected to polygraph test.
