(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 3 dated 22.1.2011 under Sections 199/200/406/420/465/467/468/471/120 -B IPC, Police Station, Lakhewali, District Muktsar.

(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 5.4.2011 has directed to release the Petitioner on interim bail.

Sachdeva, learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions of ASI Nirbhai Singh, who is personally present in Court, states that Petitioner is co -operating in the investigation.
