JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE Petitioner seeks pre -arrest bail in a case registered against him for the offences under Section 324, 323 and 34 IPC; besides, Section 326 IPC, which was added later, at Police Station Dinanagar Tehsil and District Gurdaspur.

(3.) THE other three accused Manjit Singh, Sona and Mehar Singh were granted pre -arrest bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur vide order dated 10.08.2010. The said order has since been confirmed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur.
