KIRAN Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) ACCUSED Kiran has filed this petition for anticipatory bail in case FIR No.97 dated 25.08.2011, under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code (in short - IPC), registered at Police Station Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case file.

(3.) LEARNED State counsel, on instructions from ASI Prem Chand, submitted that the petitioner has made extra judicial confession. Learned State counsel also stated that petitioner's two co -accused including her brother have since been arrested and small part of stolen property has been recovered, but the remaining stolen property is yet to be recovered.
