JUDGEMENT

(1.) PRESENT appeal was filed by Poonam Malhotra. She was convicted by the trial Court for an offence punishable under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 vide its impugned judgment dated 3rd May, 2002 and vide a separate order of even date, the Appellant was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of six months and to pay a fine of Rs. 2,000/ -, in default of payment of fine to further undergo rigorous imprisonment for three months. Fine was deposited by the Appellant.
