JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 275, dated 01.12.2010, under Sections 307, 356, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana City.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has been enlarged on bail pursuant to the directions issued by this Court dated 24.01.2011 and he has joined the investigation.

(3.) CONSIDERING totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is allowed. Order dated 24.01.2011 is made absolute, subject to the limitations provided under Section 438(2) of the Code. Petitioner -accused shall participate in the investigation as and he is required.
