IQBAL SINGH Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 187, dated 06.12.2010, under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC, registered at Police Station Dakha, District Ludhiana.

(2.) THE allegation against the Petitioner is that he has wrongly verified the address of Jaswinder Singh thereby helping him to get the second passport by playing fraud on the department.

(3.) CONSIDERING totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is allowed. Order dated 24.12.2010 is made absolute, subject to the limitations provided under Section 438(2) of the Code. Petitioner -accused shall participate in the investigation as and when he is required.
