JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 105, dated 18.09.2010, under Sections 420, 406, 120B IPC and Sections 4 and 5 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, registered at Police Station Bhikhi, District Mansa.

(2.) AFFIDAVIT of Hardial Singh Mann, Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa, is handed over in the Court and the same is taken on record.

(3.) LEARNED Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on the instructions from Inspector Harbhajan Singh, S.H.O., who is present in person states that the Petitioner has joined the investigation.
