JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 328 dated 5.10.2010 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Indri, District Karnal.

(2.) THE contents of the FIR, as reproduced in para 2 of the petition, read as under:

(3.) THE allegations levelled against the Petitioners are serious in nature. The Petitioners and their co -accused have taken huge amount from the complainant party. The documents, on which reliance has been placed by the accused, are also alleged to be of doubtful in nature. The Petitioners might be required for custodial interrogation.
