JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is tenant's revision petition challenging the judgments of the courts below whereby his eviction has been ordered on the ground of personal necessity.

(2.) AFTER arguing, when this Court was not agreeing with the contentions raised by learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Ms. Kiran Bala Jain, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner on instructions from his client Mr. Sukhdev Thapar, who is present in the Court submitted that let the Petitioner be granted reasonable time to vacate the premises.

(3.) THE submission of Mr. Mahajan, has been accepted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner.
