JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 170 dated 24.11.2010 under Sections 498-A/406 IPC, P.S. Sadar Tehsil and District Hoshiarpur.

(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 15.12.2010 has granted interim bail to the petitioner - husband.

(3.) LEARNED Additional Advocate General, Punjab, states that during the investigation it is found that petitioner has performed second marriage illegally. He has further stated that recovery of dowry articles is yet to be effected.
