JUDGEMENT

(1.) DAVINDER Kumar who is husband of the deceased has filed the instant petition for bail in case FIR No. 218 dated 10.11.2007, under Sections 306 and 498 -A IPC, Police Station Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana.

(2.) I have heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the case file.

(3.) KEEPING in view the long incarceration of the Petitioner but without adverting to the merits of the case, the instant bail petition is allowed. Bail to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Ludhiana.
