JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present petition has been filed for regular bail under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR No. 172 dated 22.06.2009, under Section 306 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar, District Hoshiarpur.

(2.) I have heard learned Counsel for the parties and have gone through the record.

(3.) IT has been argued by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner -accused that Petitioner is a lady and she has been falsely implicated in this case and that she has been continuing in custody since 23.06.2009. It is further contended that only two witnesses have been examined so far and hence, trial is not likely to be concluded in near future.
