JUDGEMENT

(1.) Vijay Pal petitioner has applied for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 113 dated 14.10.2010 under Sections 420/406 IPC, registered at Police Station, Bahavwala Tehsil Abohar, District Ferozepur.

(2.) Petitioner is stated to be in custody since 9.11.2010. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is ready to deposit ' 50,000/- before the trial Court and that amount shall be paid to the successful party.

(3.) The allegation against the petitioner is regarding taking of an amount of ' 1 lac for sending the complainant abroad.
