(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 15 dated 28.2.2011 under Sections 406/498 -A IPC, Police Station Sidhwan Bet, District Ludhiana (Rural).

(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 22.3.2011 has directed to release the Petitioner on interim bail.

(3.) MR . K.D. Sachdeva, learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions of ASI Hargurdev Singh, who is present personally in Court, states that Petitioner is co -operating in the investigation.
