JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 168 dated 17.11.2010 under Sections 323/324/148/149 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Garhshankar.

(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 14.12.2010 has directed to release the Petitioners on interim bail.

(3.) CONSIDERING totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, petition is allowed. Order dated 14.12.2010 is made absolute, subject to the conditions mentioned under Section 438(2) Code of Criminal Procedure However, it is clarified that Petitioners shall keep on co -operating in the investigation and if they fail to do so Investigating Officer shall be at liberty to get the bail cancelled.
