JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE Petitioner seeks pre -arrest bail in a case registered against him on 3.4.2009 for the offences under Sections 420, 423, 419 and 120 -B IPC.

(3.) IN response, learned Counsel for the State has submitted that the Petitioner has joined the investigation, however, the identity card of his being a Panch is to be recovered.
