JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is the petition seeking anticipatory bail in criminal complaint No. 719/II dated 10.8.2010/27.8.2010 titled as 'Roshan Lal v. Ashok Kumar and others' under Sections 380/455/506 IPC and under Sections 3(1)(v)(viii)(ix) (xv) and 3(2)(vii) of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities ) Act, 1989.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioners has stated that in compliance of interim order passed by this Court Crl. Misc. No. M -32025 of 2010 -2 dated 1.11.2010, the Petitioners have surrendered before the Court concerned and have furnished their bail bonds and sureties to the satisfaction of the Court below.

(3.) IN view of the above, the present petition disposed of. The order dated 1.11.2010 is made absolute, subject to the limitations provided under Section 438(2) of the Code.
