JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application for placing on record a copy of the petition under Section 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Application is allowed and document is taken on record. Reply on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 has been filed in the Court and the same is taken on record.

(2.) SINCE the present petition was filed on behalf of both the petitioners, namely, Harvinder Kaur and Manjit Singh for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect their lives and liberty as they have solemnised marriage against the wishes of their parents and now statement has been made on behalf of petitioner No.1 only that she is not in need of any protection as she is residing with her parents with her own free will.
