JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is alleged to have inflicted a gandasa blow on the head of the complainant leading to registration of the case under s. 326/324/323/34 I.P.C. against the petitioner and his co -accused. The petitioner's trial is in progress before Judicial Magistrate, Fatehabad. The trial is not likely to conclude soon.
