JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE prosecution story is that on 15.9.1999, the petitioner alongwith his co-accused Jatinder, Sanjay and two more others armed with deadly weapons were making preparations for committing robbery within the area of G.T. Road, Gharaunda. When they were making preparation for committing robbery they were apprehended by the Investigating Officer. From the possession of the petitioner a country-made pistol is alleged to have been recovered. It is a case of preparation for robbery. It will be seen at the time of trial whether the petitioner alongwith his co-accused was making any conspiracy for committing the robbery or not. The petitioner is in custody since 15.9.1999.

(2.) WITHOUT making any comments on the merits of the case, the petitioner be admitted to bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court. Petition allowed.
