TARA CHAND Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused petitioner Tara Chand has filed the present petition under Sec. 438 Cr. P.C. for the grant of anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 406/498-A Penal Code.

(2.) In the anticipatory bail application dated 20.10.2000, filed in this Court, it was alleged by the petitioner in para 7 of the petition as under:-

(3.) This petition filed by the petitioner was accompanied by affidavit dated 23.10.2000 of accused petitioner Tara Chand, in which also similar allegations have been made by the petitioner.
