JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel.

(2.) Counsel for the complainant states that he has no objection for granting bail to the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner is not the person involved in the alleged crime. Learned counsel for the petitioner reports that the Petitioner has joined investigation, which is also confirmed by the learned counsel for the State.

(3.) In these circumstances, without meaning to express any opinion on the merits of the main case, I am of the view that the petitioner is entitled to be released on bail.
