JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is seeking ball in FIR No. 435 dated September 3, 2000 under Section 15 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station City Panipat on the allegation that he was found in possession of 10 kgs of poppy husk. The petitioner has been in custody since September 3, 2000. The trial of the petitioner is not likely to commence soon. Bail to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Panipat. Petition allowed.
