BALBIR SINGH Vs. AJIT SINGH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a revision petition filed against the order dated 28.4.1995 passed by Sh. R.P.S. Pawar, IAS, Commissioner, Jalandhar Division, Jalandhar, whereby he accepted the revision petition of Ajit Singh son of Chanan Singh and set aside the order dated 30.7.1992 of the Sub-Divisional Collector, Phagwara.

(2.) THE brief facts of the case are that Gian Singh was a co-sharer-Hisiadar of land measuring 2K 16M situated in the revenue estate of village Hardaspur Tehsil Phagwara Distt. Kapurthala. Gian Singh mortgaged this land with Chanan Singh of village Hardaspur. Both mortgagor and mortgagee had died leaving behind successors as under :-

FEELING aggrieved with the above order, Ajit Singh son of Chanan Singh etc. filed a revision petition before the Commissioner, Jalandhar Division who accepted the petition (28.4.1995) and set aside the order (30.7.1992) of the SDM-cum-Collector. Now Balbir Singh son of Lehmber Singh has come up with the present revision petition before this Court.
