(1.) This order will dispose of Criminal Misc. No.4032/M, 16923/M and 16925/M of 2001.

(2.) The case against the petitioner has been registered on the statement of Rajwinder kaur. The contents of the F.I.R. read as under:

(3.) In the F.I.R., complainant has alleged that she was pregnant and Gurdev Singh father-in-law, Manpreet kaur, Darani and Rani Kaur, Nanad caught hold the complainant and gave her electric shocks and forcibly tied her resulting her abortion.
